Students in the dual degree program must be accepted into both degree programs. Students will complete the MSN degree, nurse executive leader concentration, first and then begin the courses for the MBA degree.

Upon completion, you will earn two diplomas. The program is completed in just 23 courses, as opposed to the 26 courses that would be required if you take each degree separately. Completing the dual-degree removes five courses from the requirements of each degree separately so that students can complete both degrees more quickly 23 courses in 46 months. Benedictine University is located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, in Lisle, Illinois.

Admission Requirements: Applicants must have a B. Materials for the admissions committee include a completed application and fee, a resume, official college transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and a letter of intent. No work experience is required, but it is preferred. For the accelerated program, students may graduate in as little as one year by taking two classes each session.

For the traditional version, students take one course per session for a month completion time. Professionals without a business background may be required to take up to five foundational business courses which will add time and cost to the program. A mini-capstone and a culminating capstone experience are included in each concentration.
