Delete key not working windows vista

The "Delete" key on my keyboard is not working. I use the "Delete" frequently when typing, so this is making life difficult. I first noticed this early this am. I thought a reboot would probably clear it up.

Turned out there was an svn merge conflict on the test subjects computer which caused a later removed non-transacted post-condition to fool us all. Anyway, for those interested, here is a working minimal example of how to use ::RegDeleteKeyTransacted.
