Automatic double spacing in microsoft word 2007

Rename your new normal1. After these gyrations, when I open a new Word document, it opens in the correct format with single spacing and my Times New Roman 12 pt. PS: Before I get a telling off, it is bad practice to do what I have suggested. The paragraph mark is not just a mark, it contains all the formatting information re the paragraph that is the formatting properties of a paragraph are maintained in the paragraph mark.
